Professional Experience

Jonathan advises clients on taxation, estate planning, and business matters.  He assists clients with structuring tax-free formations of business entities, income and estate tax planning, fiduciary income tax planning, and tax efficient ownership transfers.  Jonathan also represents clients in tax controversy matters before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.

Prior to law school Jonathan practiced as a CPA for Moss Adams.
